weevils-in-bokashi-bran

Adam Quandt asked 11 months ago

My brand new bag of Bokashi bran is infested with weevils.  Can I still use it or will they thrive in the compost bucket?

The bugs you see, we have seen them from time to time in the  past.  They come from the feed stock source of the grains used in the production of our bokashi bran.  They will not multiply, nor be of any concern to you or your environment.  They are unwanted, but completely natural and safe.Your bokashi bran is still viable and good to use!  These bugs will not affect its viability.
