Is bokashi bran toxic for dogs

No it is not.  Many dogs have accidently gotten into peoples bokashi bran, and we’ve never seen anything to be concerned about.  It should not be encouraged, however, but you can consider it safe if you do find they have gotten into it.  Please advise us if you find otherwise, and we can update our bokashi community accordingly!

Our dog, who suffers from IBD has been snaffling bokashi from the composting container, and drunk some of the liquid run-off.  I am not recommending this, but he has suffered no ill effects.  I wonder if he was drawn to it as a fermented food.
