How to tell the age of the bran

Between the booklet and this website, it appears that the bran is good for 18 months to years. However, as best I can tell, there is no \”best by\” or \”manufactured on\” date or even the hated Julian code on the bran bags. So how is someone supposed to know the age of the bran when it was received?

Great question! All of our bran is shipped within 30 days of manufacture. So, shelf life will start pretty much once you receive it from us in the mail.
