You can set up a dedicated bokashi pet waste bin in your garden quite easily.  However, pathogens need to be considered, so the system should be set up away from any food producing gardens.   Its quite simple.  Basically, take a lidded plastic container (a garbage can works quite well for this), cut the bottom off, and bury it up to its neck in the garden.  This container can now be used as a go to place to deposit the pet waste, and each time give a sprinkle of bokashi bran.  Burying the container and keeping a lid on it helps to keep odors away, and to keep the pet waste away from people as well. You do not collect any compost from this container, but over time the process will provide some benefit to the surrounding garden.

With this system, you never collect the compost.  Rather, it sits in place, and over time will benefit the surrounding garden to some extent.
