I have bags of bran that was given to me that expired 6 + months ago. It is not active – the bokashi rotted and did not ferment. Is there anyway I can reactivate the bran? I thought about mixing some bokashi juice through it and leaving it to dry, but wasnt sure that would work.

If the bokashi bran is no longer viable, then it cannot be brought back to life. Mixing bokashi tea with it, then drying it, wont be successful in bringing it back to what it was unfortunately.
