Where should I put my bokashi kitchen composter?

Put it somewhere convenient for your food scraps; most likely in the kitchen.

The kitchen composter should be kept away from extreme temperatures. Room temperature is ideal for the bokashi microbes to thrive. Keep the kitchen composter inside during cold months, and out of direct sunlight in the warm months. Colder temperatures will not stop the microbes entirely, but will slow them down.
