I have tried a couple of times to input my credit card information in PayPal, however my order keeps being cancelled. Any suggestions as to how I can resolve this problem?
PayPal can be sensitive to the format of your billing address and contact information. Please make sure that your name, billing address and contact information precisely match that on your credit card account. Log in to your bank or find a recent credit card statement to make sure you have all the information correct (PayPal may reject your payment on something as simple as a missing comma or abbreviation such as Ave., St., etc).
If you continue to have difficulties processing your payment through PayPal please call our office and one of our team will be more than happy to complete your order and payment over the phone.
A few of our customers have been asked by PayPal to enter their credit card details twice. Don’t worry, you will only be charged once. Unfortunately this is out of our control as it all happens outside of our website, on the PayPal account.
