I purchased a Bokashi system 5 days ago. I never received a confirmation number or email but my card was charged. Is there a way to check the status of this order?

Hi,

Thanks for your question. When you placed your order, you should also have received an email notification confirming your order. These emails sometimes get sent to your junk or clutter folders.

You will also receive an email notification (with tracking number) when your order is shipped. Your bokashi composting kit should be shipped out later this week and should arrive with you within 4-7 business days.
