Can I put old tomato plants and other veggie plants in bokashi? I live alone so find it hard to get full. Will try local fruit shops to see if I can have some unsold and old fruit and vegetables.

Plants can be added, but as leaf and stem skin is a natural barrier to microbes we recommend that you cut them up before putting them in the bin.  This will help them ferment more easily.
