I made my own bokashi a week ago. Bran, EM, & mollassesI may have made a costly mistake. I put mixture in a bucket with an airtight seal lid. The mixture did not fill bucket to the top. Is this a problem? I was told not to open it, but i am afraid of what may be going on in there.

I think you should be fine. You may want to check if pressure is building, especially if it is in a glass container. But other that that there is no reason to think that it wont work for you simply because its not full.
