Hi, 
Is it safe to use bokashi tea on plants in coco coir? Does EM bacteria react to coco coir? Will the bacteria decompose my growing medium coco coir?

You can use the bokashi tea on plants grown in any kind of growing medium.  The microbes from the tea will be attracted to the plant roots, not the medium.
