We live in the city and do not have a garden, only a 5m2 balcony with a lot of plants in pots. We eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. We wonder whether we would not quickly have too much bokashi?

Yes it is possible to overdo it with Bokashi. And also with the Bokashi tea. Bokashi precompost (what comes out of the bokashi bin) is acidic, and using too much of it can be harmful to sensitive plant roots.  For this reason, if you are using it for potted plants, it is best to use it in moderation.  You’ll quickly know if you’ve used too much, as unhappy plants show themselves quite readily. But, if you use in moderation you will be fine, and your plants will be happier than ever.
