I am a new bokashi user and I misread the instructions and understood that you only need to add bacteria with your first layer of food scraps (I have a 14-liter bucket). The bucket Is half full now and there is some white mold, which could be fine, but there is still no liquid and I feel like something might be wrong (it\’s been almost 3 weeks). Should I add bokashi bran/bacteria now and mix with the scraps or should I discard it all and start over?
