How much time to fill bucket?

Since I live alone, I do not accumulate enough scraps to fill the bucket in a couple of weeks.  How long is it ok to keep filling the bucket before I seal it?

The Bokashi bin does not need to be full to start the final 2 week fermentation. You can do that at anytime with less than a full bin. 
If you want a full bin, we suggest that about two months is probably the most time you should spend trying to fill it.
