I have forgotten to drain the tea, what should I do?

Bokashi CommunityCategory: bokashi composting questionsI have forgotten to drain the tea, what should I do?

Hi,
I didn’t realize I needed to drain the tea so frequently in the stage when I was collecting food scraps. Is this a problem? What can I do?
Thanks!

Hi,  will my bokashi produce tea even though I keep adding fresh foodstuff? I’m using a 60L on my farm to produce tea for my moringa crop.

Yes the tea will start to be produced from any and all foods that have been in the bin for more than about two weeks.

Hello, my family puts food scraps mixed with tap water in a bucket, and they leave the food scraps inside with the water to ferment. Is this a positive process for Bokashi compost? Is it bad to do this?
