Hello, I submitted my order on 10/7/2020. I received the email with tracking info and the status hasn’t changed since last week “The sender has created a shipping label.”  My order number is 12373. How long will it take to ship? Thanks!

Thanks for your order and your question. Unfortunately it looks like there was a typo in the tracking information provided for your order. But don’t worry, your order is on its way and expected to be delivered on Friday. I have just sent you an email with the correct tracking information on it.
