Can I add Bokashi fermented food scraps to my traditional compost pile even if the pile is not yet well-established?

Thanks for the question. As long as there is some compost in the pile and it is not purely garden waste then there should be plenty of life to break down the bokashi pre-compost. In fact, adding bokashi pre-compost to your compost pile is a great way to invigorate any compost pile.
