Bokashi Tea – Reusing and/or Reactivating

Reactivating frozen tea – I’m going to freeze my tea over winter in order to use it in summer. However I’m wondering if I can reactivate the microbes in my tea if I were to add a liquid bokashi innoculant to it in summer?
Reusing Fresh Tea – If I were to dump fresh tea overtop of fresh kitchen scraps, would the microbes in the fresh tea act as an innoculant on the fresh kitchen scraps?

The tea cannot be frozen, it will kill off the microbes in it.  Ideally the tea should be used the same day after it comes out of the bin, it wont keep longer.
Using fresh tea to inoculate fresh kitchen scraps does not seem to work well.  There is usually not enough of the microbes present in the tea to do the job of fermentation.  Accordingly we do not suggest doing this.
