bokashi bin

maria Zammit asked 10 months ago

I just purchased a bokashi system and I\\\’ve filled halve of it in 2 weeks. When do I transfer it to a container with soil mix and compost? P.s. The ground etc. is still frozen outside so I\\\’m not keen on having it inside either. What do you suggest I do?

The bokashi bin does not have to be filled completely if you do not want to.  Just fill it as much as you like, and then let it sit with the lid on for 2 or more weeks so that it can ferment.  Then, it is ready for the second stage, where you get it into your garden, compost pile, or home made soil factory.  Directions for this are in your guidebook.
