Add Pre-Compost to Spinning Compost Bin

We just moved into town from a rural property, and I am terrified of attracting rats with the precompost. Instead of burying it, can I add it to one of those black spinning compost bins that is elevated off the ground and sealed? Thanks!

Yes you can certainly do that. Just make sure that the black bin has a good amount of material in it, so that you are able to properly mix the bokashi bin into it. This will give you the best results.
