Yes, it is ok if the soil freezes after you have buried your bokashi pre-compost. The bokashi microbes will go dormant in low temperatures and there will be much less activity from soil biota. You will see slower break down of the bokashi pre-compost into your soil during cold weather. But, don’t worry, things will pick up again as soon as the temperatures rise.
